I need to exercise my muscles, let the sun fill me with vitamin D. So I rise early and head on over to [Usery Mountain Park](https://www.maricopacountyparks.net/park-locator/usery-mountain-regional-park/) to get in some desert trail riding. ![](https://i0.wp.com/mywalkabout.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/IMG_2849.jpg?resize =640%2C480&ssl=1) The sky is clear, the only sound this early are the flocks of birds overhead.
