A tiny black snake hurriedly scurries in front of me and disappears into the sagebrush.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">The morning is silent as I start the eighteen mile trek into Buckskin gulch.<a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mywalkabout.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/625af-dsc01561.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mywalkabout.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/625af-dsc01561.jpg?resize=640%2C360&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">The sandstone narrows the deeper I venture.
