Slowly but surely, the canyon edges grow closer together on either side.<a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mywalkabout.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/67995-g0100932.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mywalkabout.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/67995-g0100932.jpg?resize=640%2C480&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>The morning coffee buzz is replaced by adrenaline as I see the rocky alcove I can attempt to climb. I wonder though, am I brave enough? steady on my feet?<a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mywalkabout.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/93618-img_0842.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mywalkabout.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/93618-img_0842.jpg?resize=640%2C144&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"640\" height=\"144\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>I breathe warmth into my hands, then grasp the first rock and pull myself up.
