The heat of summer is really starting to kick into high gear, so all of the desert creatures are active. No more crazy adventures needed. I go there after hiking early on a Sunday morning, and sit by myself in a pew and try to pray. I&#8217;m not comforted to any real degree, and so I leave and keep wandering.
