It was already a chilly evening as I made my way up Griffith Park to The Greek<\/a>. Although LA’s temps didn’t really work in my favor, I was hoping that a hot show would offset the cold.
\n<\/a>
\nA line up of The Greyhounds, Gary Clark Jr., and Tedeschi Trucks Band would hopefully do the trick.I take that back, their was no “hopefully<\/i>” about it. This show absolutely blew everyone away!<\/p>\n

Between Derek and GCJ playing side by side on a few songs, Susan’s powerful voice giving everyone goosebumps, and every other band member\/vocalist in more than top form, it truly was one of those nights that people hear about the next day and say “damn, I wish I was there<\/i>“.<\/p>\n

I’m glad I don’t have to be one of them. This show was so darn good that the internet is going nuts about it. Rave reviews everywhere, and awesome YouTube video’s of complete performances. One of my favorites parts of the night was captured by someone much closer the the stage than I was.<\/p>\n
