Tis a good question<\/strong>. Initially I thought I would come here for outdoor adventures and the like, as per usual. But I just wasn’t feeling adventurous. Rather I was feeling exhausted and rundown, stressed and unhealthy. I guess I came all the way to just curl up under blankets with a book and enjoy the cooler Fall weather. Luckily, I was staying in a refurbished firetower that had beautiful views. I was isolated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

I only had Netflix on the TV<\/strong>, but found that Wes Anderson had made a series of shorts, so I checked them out. Based on the writings of one of my favorite authors, Roald Dahl. They delighted me in a melancholy way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So much kitsch and charm<\/strong> was in this humble abode, but depression had it’s hold on me. I just wanted to be home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I changed my flight<\/strong> and got the earliest flight on Sunday morning back to Arizona. I need a lifestyle change. I see a lone deer foraging for food, and a slow smile tries to force itself upon my face….<\/p>\n\n\n\n
