A mighty Huzzah friends and countrymen<\/strong>! Our little Renaissance Festival out in the Sonoran desert is here again. This year I go full costume each weekend, and immerse myself in the fun and revelry of the 16th century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Some new acts<\/strong> have joined the cast this year, making the festival feel new and exciting. Of course, many acts that have been here since I started going in 2016 returned with their same old charm and wit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As my worldly travels diminish<\/strong>, I enjoy this local tradition even more, pretending to be in another place and time. It is a good way to spend these latter years of mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps a faire maiden<\/strong> will join me in the future, and we can dance and sing, drink and laugh together, but until then, Huzzah to all and the AZ RenFest!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
