{"id":4172,"date":"2010-11-14T13:09:00","date_gmt":"2010-11-14T13:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mywalkabout.net\/2010\/11\/14\/the-unity-centre-uniform-project-part-two"},"modified":"2017-10-06T05:49:26","modified_gmt":"2017-10-06T11:49:26","slug":"the-unity-centre-uniform-project-part-two","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mywalkabout.net\/?p=4172","title":{"rendered":"the Unity Centre Uniform project ( part two)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">As promised in part one of our post on the Unity Centre uniform project, we have complied a video to showcase the children at the Unity Centre school as Peter and his colleagues arrived.<\/p>\n<p>Singing is a customary response to show gratitude and thanks. The first part of the video is of children singing to all of those that helped with this project, and for the interest the world has in them. They are also thanking God for all that has been given to them.<\/p>\n<p>You can also hear Peter&#8217;s friend Collins speaking to the children, telling them about his dreams for his country and people. A young girl lets us know about the conditions that many of the children here must deal with on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>The video ends with school director Eunice Mwaka saying thank you to the Project with her students.<\/p>\n<p>Part three of this project will show the uniforms.
