It’s the final day of 2016.<\/p>\n

I see a toucan in the wild for the first time. A double rainbow emerges after a thunderstorm passes by in the distance. The afternoon sunlight bathes the valley in speechless wonder.
\"\"\u00a0I’ll never forget my little cottage, and the busy ants foraging and carrying leaves in symmetrical style outside the front door. The old rain tree with parrots and iguanas living on its wise branches.<\/p>\n

Monkeys swinging in the vines overhead, howling into the night.
\"\"\u00a0I wander into the Costa Rican hills<\/a> above along a dirt road as birds circle overhead as sky protectors of my human form.<\/p>\n

Happiness surrounds me, and guides me into the New Year.<\/p>\n\n\n
