I used to love aquariums but detest zoos<\/strong>. Although I think the Oregon Coast Aquarium<\/a> does great work to support the coastal environment, the sad faces on the seals as they passed me on their endless loop in their watery home changed my opinion of aquariums too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.<\/strong>  I get my ticket and enter the aquarium, and an almost immediate sense of wrong covered my aura in sadness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t judge those that go to zoos and aquariums<\/strong>, I’ve been to plenty of both in my life, and I’m not sure if learning about animals and ocean just from books would have been enough when I was child, but what I do know is that uncomfortable feeling I get nowadays from these places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
