We drove up here from Utah, and had one grand kid at the time, and she was two years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fourteen years later most of us return. My parents didn&#8217;t come, but the rest of my brothers did with their families in tow (I now have four nieces and a nephew). I want to just hold and protect her every time I see her. She is a trooper as we hike in the mountains, and tries new adventures with me, from paddle boarding to river rafting. He reminds me so much of myself. It&#8217;s hard to believe you were two years old the last time we were here. So strong she is, both in her heart as well as her body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, my newest niece, little Hope. Only a little over a year old, with the bluest eyes I&#8217;ve seen. They pierce my soul with the pure goodness that twinkles from them.
