I never had the toys (too poor) but I would often go to the neighbor’s house to play with their action figures and castle Greyskull. ![He-Man holding a glowing sword next to Battle Cat in front of Castle Grayskull at sunset](https://i0.wp.com/mywalkabout.net/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/my-walkabout- 6a2403be0f38d.png?resize=640%2C358&ssl=1) So I was excited to hopefully have some big, dumb, summer blockbuster movie fun, going down childhood memory lane. And for the most part, this movie delivered just that. I may have even silently screamed out “I Have The Power!” at just the right moment in the film. ![Muscular warrior with red cape holding glowing magical sword atop stone fortress near castle with skull facade at sunset](https://i0.wp.com/mywalkabout.net/wp-content/ uploads/2026/06/my-walkabout-6a2404be817e5.png?resize=640%2C358&ssl=1) . So if you are a ten year old boy, or are someone that remembers being a kid during the 1980’s when this show was on every afternoon and either had the toy’s or at least played with someone that had them, I think you’ll have a good time. ### Share this: * [ Email ](https://mywalkabout.net/masters-of-the-universe/?subject=%5BShared%20Post%5D%20Masters%20of%20the%20Universe&body=https%3A%2F%2Fmywalkabout.net%2Fmasters-of-the-universe%2F&share=email) * [Post](https://x.com/share) * [Share on Tumblr](https://www.tumblr.com/share) * [ WhatsApp ](https://mywalkabout.net/masters-of-the-universe/?share=jetpack-whatsapp) * [ Nextdoor ](https://mywalkabout.net/masters-of-the-universe/?share=nextdoor) * [ Threads ](https://mywalkabout.net/masters-of-the-universe/?share=threads) * [[ * [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) * [ Reddit ](https://mywalkabout.net/masters-of-the-universe/?share=reddit) ### Like this: Like Loading…
