My Walkabout

This was, without a doubt, the adventure of a lifetime. With only natural low levels of artifical light, it is hard to grasp the enormity and scope with these pictures of the big room. To give you some scale, the entire area is over 14 football fields long. I was 830 feet below the surface of the earth for most of this. I walked down into the cave, then rode an elevator up to the surface (they don’t let anyone walk back out)
