He suggested that we go to [Takashi](http://www.zagat.com/r/takashi-salt-lake-city) , a sushi restaurant in the downtown area. Luckily, my friend knows a good deal more than I about ordering sushi, and in his capable hands, I had the most delicious food in quite some time. From tasty slices of salmon, toro, and tuna, to the more extravagant flavors of octopus and sea urchin, I couldn’t get enough. We had a great evening, supplemented by two wonderful bottles of white wine.
