# The Glamper Cabin - Link: https://mywalkabout.net/the-glamper-cabin/ - Published: 2022-11-02T06:28:31-07:00 - Author: My Walkabout **Memorial weekend is here,** and I wonder where did Spring disappear to so quickly? The warmer temperatures in the Valley drive me northward, destination Flagstaff and the Glamper Cabin for a few days. I have only one goal and that is to hike a section of the Arizona Trail from the cabin up to the Snowbowl ski resort, about seven or so miles round trip. ![](https://i0.wp.com/mywalkabout.net/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/HipstamaticPhoto- 675535360.334517.jpg?resize=640%2C427&ssl=1) **I reach the Snowbowl** and look forward to a reward of a summer ale, but alas the restaurant and bar are closed.
