Barney abruptly stopped the car, keeping the engine running. He shoved a handgun he’d hidden beneath the seat into his pocket and rushed into a dark field, leaving Betty in the car. [Wonderspaces](https://arizona.wonderspaces.com/) in Scottsdale. The story of Barney and Betty Hill, inter-racial couple from New Hampshire that claimed to have been abducted by aliens in 1961. It is something that one must feel for themselves. I felt the joy of a child, the humbling presence of a higher power, the inner warmth of my soul being renewed.
