Another Arizona RenFest came and went this year. As I focus these next ten or so years more on saving money and my hopeful retirement in 2033, I decided to not go the the Ren Fest every single weekend, but instead only a couple of times.
This new schedule allowed me to savor and enjoy my time here in a new way. This philosophy has permeated most other areas of my life too. I Huzzah my way through the Village, enjoy the shows with renewed vigor, and smile with relaxed ease among my fellow festival goers.
I can only choose two different outfits for my limited times which pains me slightly, but I just remember the money growing in my bank account. Hopefully I can enjoy more time at RenFest’s once I have more free time…..
