In 2007, my brother and I flew to Seattle to watch the wild card NFL game match up between the Seattle Seahawks and the Dallas Cowboys. We sat in the endzone and watched a young Tony Romo fumble at the goal line in the final seconds, and the Seahawks went on to win. Being from the Seattle area, it was a moment on both of our lives that we’ll never forget.

We’ve also been going to Utah college football games since 2008, both home and away. Bringing up his kids to love football, when his son Cbug moved down to Arizona with me for college, my brother scored tickets to the Arizona Cardinals vs Seattle Seahawks, and we enjoyed a beautiful winter’s day in Phoenix at State Farm Stadium.
If Arizona won, their slim playoff’s hopes would still be alive, but alas Seattle played the better game and won. Still, the experience of being at an NFL game with family is something to always cherish.
