I’m still trying to figure out what a Hipster is. But as someone much more in tune and creative than I wrote :
‘pretending we’re not hipsters is what we hipsters do best’
This weekend I wanted to have an adventure in my own back yard, so to speak. I realized that I’ve never really been to the Western desert of my home state. Early Saturday, disheveled, not showered, and full of Hipster energy, I finished my tea and was off….

I then got this fantastic idea. Back in 1993, myself and two girls ( one of which I was dating, and coincidentally was a complete Hipster) drove from SLC to upstate WY to visit the Aunt of said girl I was dating before she went off to college. I thought it would be an interesting project to try and capture what I saw through a new Hipsta photography feature on my camera.
I added a song to the video that I heard while out there. I think this selection is perfect. Don’t you?
Love it 🙂
