From the Archives : staying in the Grand Canyon Caverns by myself during the Covid summer of 2020

It was the summer of 2020. Covid had most things shut down, or at least running on bare bones. My office had us working for home, and I needed to get outside. I decided over the July 4th holiday to head up to the Grand Canyon for some fresh air, open spaces and a virus free environment. I also coughed up a crazy amount of money to spend a couple of nights in the Grand Canyon Caverns outside Radiator Springs. Imagine a scenario of creepy desert folks, a rickety elevator, and staying in a cave system by yourself with only a record player to keep you company. Would you dare?
