Jackass : Best and Last
A thrilling montage of Johnny Knoxville performing wild and daring stunts in a scenic outdoor setting
So somehow I missed watching Jackass when it first aired on MTV. I probably thought I was better than the show and it’s juvenile antics. Because of that, I never took the time to watch any of the subsequent movies released.

Being retired now, I have time , plenty of time, to catch up on things I missed while working, saving and trying to raise decent little human beings. So I went to see the latest Jackass movie yesterday. I heard this was a tribute to everything the guys had done previously before calling it quits for real.

Not going to lie, I haven’t laughed this hard, or this loudly, in years. Good thing I was the only person in my theater. I also had my hands over my eyes more than once, but kept spreading my fingers to peek at what was happening. It was like a train wreck that I couldn’t look away from. I kept thinking about the true friendship and camaraderie that came through clearly as the guys interacted with each other. Between the gross out stunts, it was actually touching. The friends I had as a teenager is something I have never been able to replace, but seeing how some people can maintain those friendships over decades warmed me over. I’m sure if I had watched the show or previous movies, I could have been somewhat disappointed with Jackass : Best and Last, but since it was my first time seeing any of these stunts or the guys doing them, I loved it!
