During the 90’s was when I first became aware of the University of Michigan’s Big House. Being the largest stadium in the United States, home to the Wolverines and at that time, a pretty good quarterback by the name of Tom Brady, the Big House was a sporting event icon.
So I knew that when our University of Utah Runnin’ Utes were playing them this year, I’d be in the rockin’ Big House cheering them on.
What I didn’t expect was our overall dominating defense, the great atmosphere and people of Ann Arbor, and a two and half hour rain delay with 7:51 left in the fourth quarter.
Then again, all of that is exactly why I love sports. Go Utes!
