So this past weekend I made it. Finally. Buffalo, New York. I have been wanting to go here for the past several years to see a Buffalo Bills football game and to experience Niagara Falls. Western New York is a beautiful place were the sky is so close you feel as though you can just reach out and touch the clouds.

I drove from Buffalo, NY, and across the Rainbow Bridge to Canada as I had heard that the Falls were best viewed from the Canadian side. I was able to ride the Maid of the Mist ( awesome!) journey underneath the Falls thru tunnels built eons ago, do the Cave of the Winds on the American side, and then just wandered around the town of Niagara Falls Ontario and hiked about 5 miles up and down the Niagara Gorge.

To give you an idea of how powerful the falls are ( 13 million gallons of water goes over Horseshoe Falls every minute) I have these goofy little video’s i shot while at the base of Horseshoe falls ( listen for the Woo Hoo!)

and to get an idea of what the Maid of the Mist boat ride is like I have even crazier, zanier vid’s
Part 1…

part 2….

and the final act.
On Sunday I was lucky enough to be an eyewitness to one of the worst NFL games ever played in the history of the NFL. Impressive to witness sports history, albeit in such a manner.

six rows from the front on the 20. What a view.I most certainly would love to go back to Buffalo to see more of this city. To see more of Niagara, you can view a little movie of that experience.

Wench, bring my ale, what say you?
