It started with a simple conversation while in Cancun. A local was telling me how great Mexico City is, and that the best time to go there, in his opinion, was during Semana Santa, or Holy Week, or as most westerners know it, Easter.
So I took his advice and went during this time in the Spring of 2017. I loved it so much that almost as soon as I returned home, I booked a return trip for the Spring of 2018, as there was so much more I wanted to see and do.
These next series of posts will be all about my return to CDMX. To start though, I’ll share this.
