From the Archives : living like a local in Cape Cod

The summer of 2021. It was a strange time in the Covid era. Masks on planes, but 50/50 in many other places. I can’t fly internationally yet so I postpone my plans and decide to visit the Cape Cod area for the first time. The idyllic ferry, the ocean breeze and experiencing East Coast island life. Many of the restaurants here were still shut down due to the pandemic, but local fisherman were still bring in fresh lobsters, oysters and fish. I live the local life for a few days, and fall hard for little villages here, like in Menemsha.
