My Walkabout

In about one hour I wll attempt to participate in another 5K up at Highland high school in support of Breast cancer research. If i’m able to type after the race, i’ll update you on my status. Currently wolfing down carb’s, stretching these tired old bones, and hydrating.

Success! Completed this 5K with minimal stopping (total of about 3 blocks that i walked) and this was a tougher 5K due to it being in Sugarhouse (many uphill climbs) but it felt great to be a part of this and to finish. here is my self congratulatory pose……(in my backyard as I didn’t take my camera with me to the run) you can also click on this link to see the reults of the race WILLIAM THOMAS RESULTS and of course my t-shirt for completing the run. you must have the cotton proof, eh?
