A night of many firsts :
1. First concert in Park City, at the historic Park City Live on Main Street.
2. First time going to a concert where the artist was titled under “Electronica”.
3. First time hearing Rap live.
Washington D.C. based group Thievery Corporation is much more than just electronic music and rap however. It single handedly was one of the most upbeat, intense and vibrant shows I had ever witnessed.
From the lone sitar player sitting crossed legged on the black couch, plucking crazy musical notes from his instrument, to the variety of talented singers that kept coming out from behind the stage to perform, it was something I’ll never forget….
Yet something I can not wait to experience again.
